The Cucchetto is the wine that interprets the noble Cabernet Sauvignon grape in a Maremma key, with the addition of a portion of Petit Verdot which gives it that extra touch in terms of aromas and spicy sensations.
The particular composition of our soil combined with an ideal exposure of the vines means that this vigorous sample does not miss even a year.
Yield 70 hundred kilograms per hectare

VinIFICAtion
in the Cellar
The must is vinified for 10 days.
After racking, the wine matures in French oak barrels for over 18 months.
Refinement then occurs in the bottle for a further 6 months.

organoleptic Characteristics
Brilliant ruby dress.
Notes of wild berries, light vegetable brushstrokes, dark spices and mentholated tobacco make up a varied bouquet, which is matched by a solid and satisfying sip, with a gentle tannic mass.
Long persistence on the tongue.
