"Chocolatey dark fruit, white pepper, black-satin tannins. It tastes as if it's been made with the whole purpose of seduction but it's not heavy or jammy. It's fresh with a delicious twist of olive-leaf and laurel leaf-and-spice sweet-bitterness. Very definitely a Tuscan Cabernet. It will age for a bit, but I'd drink it now for the plump lavishness of that unashamedly ripe, delicious fruit. "

"Plush, insouciantly charming, milk-chocolate-fondu-dipped berry fruit. Way too easy to drink, like pretty much all the Pepi Lignana wines. There is a whisper of spice and a nicker of black-olive tapenade in the super-lithesome tannins bringing a pause of seriousness to the finish."

"This blend of Viognier and Vermentino really works! Peachy. Snappy. Salty. Full of attitude and charm. So juicy it drips down your chin. The Viognier seems to have brought out the most delicious Vermentino-ness from the Vermentino. It's rock salt and peaches, sea spray and iodine, orange pips and dusty pollen. Drinkability score 20/20. "
