On February 26, 2023, the Masterclass was held in our company masterfully led by the authoritative Luca Grippo @lugrippo (Wine & Food & EVO Journalist - Sommelier Master Class - Concours Mondial de Bruxelles judge) together with our oenologist Nicola Berti @nico.berti, a young winemaker with great experience coming from the school of maestro Paolo Caciorna.

The masterclass explored the origins, history and climatic and geographical influences of the area and it is precisely on this that the focus was central. The unique territory where the cellar is located from which our wines are born, which express their essence.
During the masterclass, Luca Grippo explored two of our wines through a vertical tasting of three vintages, the "Pitorsino" a pure viognier D.O.C. Maremma Toscana a Viognier - Viognier 100%, and "Il Cucchetto", a Bordeaux blend D.O.C. Maremma Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon - Sauvignon 85%, Petit Verdot 15%.
