Master of Wine Elizabeth Gabay visits our cellar!
Today Elizabeth Gabay and her son Ben Bernheim, in the "Grand Tour" that saw them engaged in visits and tastings in Maremma organized by the Rosae Maris association, honored us with their visit.
Mrs. Elizabeth Gabay is considered one of the most important Master Wine internationally and recognized as the number 1 expert in the world for Rosé wines, together with her son we spent an intense morning dedicated to our cellar with particular attention to our Alizée. Mrs. Elisabeth Gabay has visited several wineries in Maremma over the years and was very impressed by all our wines and was amazed by the level of our Alizée, DOC Maremma Toscana Rosato Sangiovese.

When not traveling the world, Elizabeth Gabay resides in southeastern France, working primarily throughout the south of France, the Mediterranean and central Europe and focusing mainly on rosé wines. Elizabeth Gabay publishes and reviews in the most important international newspapers and is the author of two highly acclaimed books:
- “Rosé: Understanding the Pink Wine Revolution", published in 2018, the book offers a global overview of the history and styles of rosé.
- "Rosés of Southern France", written in collaboration with her son Ben Bernheim and published in 2022, it is a manual that highlights the terroir, traditions and regional diversity of southern France rosés.
