Il Cucchetto è il vino che intrepreta il nobile vitigno Cabernet Sauvignon in chiave maremmana con l’aggiunta di una quota di Petit Verdot, che gli conferisce quel tocco in più in termini d’aromi e di sensazioni speziate.
La composizione particolare del nostro suolo unita ad un’esposizione ideale delle viti fa sì che questo campione vigoroso non sbagli neanche un’annata.

VINIFICATION
in the Cellar
The must is vinified for 10 days.
After racking, the wine matures in French oak barrels for over 18 months.
Refinement then occurs in the bottle for a further 6 months.

organoleptic Characteristics
Brilliant ruby dress.
Notes of wild berries, light vegetable brushstrokes, dark spices and mentholated tobacco make up a varied bouquet, which is matched by a solid and satisfying sip, with a gentle tannic mass.
Long persistence on the tongue.
